The main constraint for smaller runs is often packaging, as most premium packaging suppliers require MOQs of 5,000 to 10,000 pieces. Alternative Options:

• If you supply your own packaging, our production MOQ can be reduced to 500–1,000 units.

• For our Ready-to-Brand (OBM) service, the MOQ starts at just 12 units.

2. What is the minimum budget required to start my own brand?
The required investment varies depending on the product category and the complexity of your chosen formulation. If you have a specific budget in mind, we highly encourage you to consult with our specialists. 4. What does your One-Stop Service cover?
Our fully integrated One-Stop Service covers the entire product lifecycle. This includes initial consultations to define your product’s unique selling points, custom formulation and R&D, FDA notification and registration, Halal certification, bespoke packaging and label design, strategic marketing support, and the preparation of export documentation for international distribution.

5. Do you have Standard Formulas (Ready-to-Launch) available?
Yes, we offer an extensive catalog of masterfully developed standard formulations across all product categories. You can select these ready-made formulas, use them as a baseline to co-develop your own unique variation, or work with our R&D team to create a completely new bespoke formulation from scratch.

6. What is the process and cost for developing a Custom (Bespoke) Formula?
Simply inform us of your desired product functions, properties, and preferred active ingredients. Our initial bespoke formulation fee is 3,500 THB. This covers the R&D process and the creation of physical samples for your evaluation. Should you proceed with mass production at our facility, this 3,500 THB fee will be fully credited and deducted from your total manufacturing invoice.

7. Can I provide my own specific extracts or ideas for the R&D team to use?
Certainly. You are welcome to supply your own certified, standardized extracts or active ingredients. Our expert R&D chemists will meticulously integrate them to develop your proprietary formulation.

8. How long does the R&D process and sample preparation take?
The formulation and sample preparation typically require 7 to 10 days, depending on the complexity of the desired formula and the specific raw materials involved.

9. Do you handle the Thai FDA notification process, and how long does it take?
Yes, our dedicated Regulatory Affairs team manages the entire FDA notification and registration process on your behalf. The estimated timelines are:

• Cosmetics & Skincare: 5 to 7 working days.

• Dietary Supplements: 45 to 90 working days.

10. What international manufacturing standards is your facility certified with?

Yes, our in-house design and procurement teams provide full packaging solutions. We will assist you in sourcing premium containers and crafting bespoke visual identities for your labels and outer boxes to ensure they align perfectly with your brand ethos.

14. Can I order only the Bulk product (without filling it into bottles)?
Yes, we offer bulk manufacturing services. We can produce and deliver your formulation in bulk quantities, allowing you to manage the filling and final packaging processes independently at your preferred facility.

15. What are the payment terms and installment procedures?
Our standard payment structure is divided into two installments:

• First Installment: A 50% deposit is required upon finalization of the formulation and the signing of the manufacturing contract.

• Second Installment: The remaining 50% balance must be settled prior to the final delivery of the finished goods.
